Delivery/Collection

We will arrange delivery and collection times with you at time of booking. We operate for deliveries between 8am and 11am and collections between 5pm and 7pm (with the exception of hall bookings). If hiring a hall, then we will deliver and collect at the times the hall is booked from and until.

If you require the castle later than 7pm, there will be an additional charge of 15.00 per hour

The area in which the bouncy castle will be inflated on, MUST be clear of any sharp, hazardous debris, pet waste or over hanging trees. We will not attempt to inflate the castle if this is not adhered to and obviously will delay time with inflation of bouncy castle. Please also advise us of any steps leading to your home or garden; these also slow us down!!
